    Shelley's Fitness Classes

    Small multi level classes which include Cardio and resistance to help with weight loss and body definition. Shelley is certified and has been teaching fitness and personal training for over 30 years. In the photo we have Shelley with a grandma, mom and daughter. Three generations of committed fitness. 

    Safe Environment

    Sanitation is important to us.  Hands and equipment are sanitized.

    Josie started working out in June with our outdoor classes,  due to COVID, then continued with the indoor classes throughout the summer. Josie lost 35 lbs.by September.  Great Job Josie!!

Over the past 5 years i have had three children and like most moms, put my needs and self care last.
